Jenna Pini, Co-founder and President
Before starting Oasis Rental Services, Jenna served as Vice President of Operations at a medium-sized national security company, managing a team of 100. She led cross-functional initiatives including sales support, service dispatch, project management oversight, revenue forecasting, operational logistics, site design, and key-account management. After more than a decade, she helped guide the company through an acquisition and then pursued her dream of small-business ownership. Having stayed with her husband, Steve, at over 50 short-term rentals, Jenna built Oasis to blend her passions for real estate, project management, financial discipline, and hospitality management (her college major).
Steve Pini, Co-founder and Chief Financial Officer
Steve spent nearly 15 years in the financial services industry in product management and leadership roles at a Fortune 100 company. He holds a Finance and Accounting degree from Bentley University and an MBA from Boston College. Travel and real estate have long been shared passions for Steve and Jenna. Through Oasis Rental Services, they help property owners unlock the income potential of their homes while delivering unique, memorable, and stress-free guest experiences.
